I'm happy to announce that I've finally created the ultimate "Goheimochi" that I
"Inochi no Ichi," a variety of rice from Gin no Mikazuki,
has won first place in the "Your Choice for Japan's Most Delicious Rice Contest" for three consecutive years, as well as numerous other awards.
The goheimochi (rice cakes) made with this Gin no Mikazuki rice are handmade, offering a chewy texture and the full sweetness of the rice. The
original sauce, created after sampling countless goheimochi, pairs perfectly with them!
It tastes great even when it's cold, so it's perfect as a souvenir (*´∇｀*)
