Keichan Curry: 1,650 yen (tax included)

This dish combines "Keichan," a local specialty of Gifu Prefecture, with curry.
Keichan is made by grilling chicken and vegetables in a miso and soy sauce-based sauce. We highly recommend trying it in its place of origin.

"Keichan" is a local dish mainly eaten in the Okumino region of Gifu Prefecture. It consists of chicken marinated in a miso and soy sauce-based sauce and then stir-fried with vegetables such as cabbage.
Keichan is a beloved soul food of Gifu Prefecture, enjoyed by locals for generations.

Grilled Pork Curry: 1,870 yen (tax included)

This curry uses grilled pork from "Nattoku Pork," which is raised on feed containing natto powder. It is said that consuming natto bacteria enhances the umami and flavor of the pork. Please enjoy the deliciousness of Hida pork. The base of the curry is Hida beef

Nattoku Pork is a brand of pork produced in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture, and gets its name from the fact that the pigs are raised on a diet that includes natto (fermented soybeans). By mixing natto powder into the feed, the pigs' digestive system functions well, resulting in healthy pork. The company
also focuses on using feed rich in vitamin E and providing a comfortable breeding environment.

Hida Beef Curry: 1,100 yen (tax included)

This is a special curry made with approximately 30 different ingredients and seasonings, infused with the rich flavor of Hida beef.
