Grilled Pork Curry

This curry uses grilled pork from "Nattoku Pork," which is raised on feed containing natto powder. It is said that consuming natto bacteria enhances the umami and improves the flavor of the pork.
The base of the curry is Hida beef. Nattoku Pork is a brand of pork produced in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture.
